But here 'A' is a objective who thinks his practice will inspire 'B'. Here the use of toilets is a 'IMPROVEMENT'

Here above said 'A' can be the government officials who could bribe to bypass and for better toilets. 'B' are the commoners boils within and wait in the long line for their turn. Here the use of toilets is a 'PRIDE OF NATION & EQUALITY'
